We strive at Virginia Beach Obstetrics and Gynecology to be a leader in new medical technology.  We are proud to offer the use of a new electronic medical record called digiChart.  This new system will allow us to provide you with better care through more complete and accessible medical records. 

New patients and some established patients are being asked to complete an internet-based medical history prior to arrival at our office on the day of the visit.  It is essential for patients to complete the history in advance to facilitate a worthwhile and efficient meeting with the medical provider. 

For those who do not have access to the internet at home or work, internet access can be obtained free of charge at all local public libraries.  We also provide workstations for history entry at our office, but use of these workstations requires early arrival for your visit.

You will be provided a username and password to enter the system either by phone or mail at the time you schedule your appointment.
