Pamela Pyle MD, FACOG

Dr. Pamela Pyle has been practicing Obstetrics and Gynecology in Hampton Roads since 1988. She is a native of Virginia Beach, graduating as Valedictorian from First Colonial High School. She completed her undergraduate work at the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Biology and received her Medical Degree from Eastern Virginia Medical School. She completed her residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at Franklin Square Hospital Center in Baltimore, Maryland. Dr. Pyle offers wide-ranging services in Gynecology.  Her special interests include well-woman healthcare, ultrasonography, contraceptive counseling, pre-conceptual counseling, evaluation and management of abnormal pap smears, abnormal uterine bleeding, peri-menopause and menopause.  As a gynecologic surgeon, her particular interests include LEEPs, endometrial ablation, operative hysteroscopy.   Dr. Pyle is married and has two children and a golden retriever. Her free time is spent attending various youth sporting events, helping with homework and volunteering for the PTA. She enjoys running, swimming and biking, and has competed in one triathlon and several half-marathons.
